Daniel and Heather set up The Outside Kitchen & Bar back in 2009, after 10 years working in the fashion industry, as the business grew, jamie and Elkie joined the ranks making us the 7th best catering company in yorkshire 😜

THE CHEFS
DECLAN | COURTNEY | kel | chris
These guys have years worth of experience between them, let's start with Dec, he came to us a a 16-year-old and has progressed through the ranks whilst obtaining his apprenticeship in hospitality and cooking. He's now one of key team, leading the kitchen and creating some of our menus.
Courtney has been with us several years now and has also progressed through the kitchen whilst completing her level 3 chef certification. She is our prep master and makes sure all our team have what they need on event days..
Chris comes with over 30 years of experience in various kitchens across Yorkshire, he is classically trained and has taught the team some classic old school dishes that we have adapted with our very own OkB spin..
Kel is our newest member of the kitchen and has worked in some of the best Spanish and Italian restaurants in the area, his forte is Street food which is a perfect match for us and he's just been given the new nickname of ‘paella king’
